Convenient Key Holder Pick-Up Program
This option works as follows:
You put us into contact with your client, we then set everything up with them personally. (leaving you completely out of it from this point on, if applicable)
We set up a specific day and time to pick up the key, let ourselves in and walk thru the home, measure, incorporate the discount (up to 30% off) and any other services they may require and call the client to confirm the price.
At that point, if they are satisfied with the price, we will be prepared to stay and clean that day and work out payment details with the client directly. If you, the Realtor/Property Manager, are authorized to pay for services rendered, we would call you personally to confirm the price and stay that day to do the work.
Once cleaning is complete, we return the key to the office having already been paid by the customer via credit card or pick up a payment from you, the Realtor/Property Manager directly.
NEW! As an added bonus, we are now offering to take up to "10" before and after pictures of the services performed and email them to the client.
2nd Home Owners
Our convenient keyholder pick up program works the same for you. (see above)
Except, we make arrangements with you directly to pick up your key, meet with your neighbor or use your hide-a-key, whichever is more convenient for you.
And YES! We will take before and after photos. (see below)
